I am after a certain product or size, but it no longer seems to be in stock online or in store - where can I get it?
We are focused on delivering the latest looks as frequently as possible at Cotton On. Whilst we do our best to keep up with demand, from time to time our most popular products sell out quickly. So if you miss out make sure you check our site and stores regularly as we add new styles each week.
If you are after a particular item from one of our many stores we recommend that you contact your nearest store directly and ask our staff to confirm the availability of the style you are interested in.
Our online store is set up to take credit card details however unfortunately our stores do not have the facilities to accept credit card details over the phone and we do not offer store to store transfers.
